Description

You will build and deploy machine learning models within Palantir Foundry to solve complex enterprise problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory and root cause analysis to identify trends and business drivers in large-scale datasets.
• Design, build, and deploy ML models using Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Operationalize models and integrate LLMs within Palantir AIP for AI-enabled use cases.
• Apply statistical modeling, causal analysis, and hypothesis testing to validate insights and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot data quality, model behavior, and workflow issues in Foundry pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipelines, Code Repos, Ontology, Workshop, Quiver).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in Machine Learning techniques: classification, regression, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
• Experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Palantir AIP including AI workflows, agents, and decision intelligence.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
