Description

You will build and optimize generative AI and NLP solutions for search and conversational applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize NLP models for text classification, clustering, topic modeling, and relevance tuning.
• Build advanced generative AI solutions using LLMs for search and chat interfaces.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Analyze and fine-tune search relevance using user behavior and querylog data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy GenAI solutions.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python for Data Science.
• Expertise in Generative AI fundamentals and RAG.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face models and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
• Experience with text classification, topic modeling, and relevance tuning.
• Ability to overlap with offshore teams and occasional travel to client locations.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of expertise in NLP, LLMs, and GenAI.
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
