Build and optimize AI-driven solutions, focusing on productionizing conversational agents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and productionize voice and chat agents using Dialogflow CX.
• Develop, test, and monitor frameworks for conversational AI systems.
• Build and optimize machine learning models to improve system performance.
• Define and implement evaluation metrics to measure success and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience as a data scientist.
• Strong expertise in Dialogflow CX and conversational AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, including Cloud Functions and Colab.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BigQuery for data analysis.
• Experience with test design, evaluation metrics, and system monitoring.
• Proven track record of productionizing AI/ML models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
