Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate and maintain data science solutions using Python and SQL.
• Translate operational and business problems into analytical models, measurable objectives and actionable outputs.
• Prepare, transform and analyze structured data from multiple sources to support modeling and decision-making.
• Design solution approaches for complex analytical problems and communicate findings to technical and business audiences.
• Support productionization, quality validation and ongoing improvement of analytical solutions in collaboration with engineering and business teams.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 15 years of relevant professional experience in data science, analytics, operations research or a related field.
• Strong professional experience developing data science solutions with Python.
• Advanced SQL skills, including querying, data transformation and analysis across relational data sources.
• Ability to formulate analytical problems, evaluate model outputs and assess solution quality at scale.
• Experience delivering reproducible analytical workflows and production-ready data science outputs.

Good to Have:

• Experience with mathematical optimization, including linear, integer, large-scale or nonlinear optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Gurobi or comparable optimization modeling environments.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a closely related discipline, preferably with coursework in optimization
