You will partner with product leaders and game teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization through data-driven insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute research projects and generate practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Perform wide-ranging analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities across games.
• Answer business-related questions through exploratory data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver actionable insights for strategic improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics.
• Experience with Data Visualization and Data Analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning techniques.
• B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data lake and data warehouse environments.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Game analytics experience for user acquisition and monetization.
