Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models, from development and rigorous testing through production deployment and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage AI/ML models across their full lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the end-to-end model pipeline.
• Industrialize model pipelines through rigorous testing and validation.
• Build scalable machine learning and data mining algorithms.
• Convert analytical insights into technical system requirements for new enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Expertise in Python programming and ML frameworks: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Strong SQL programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with tree-based classification and regression (boosting, random forest).
• Proficiency with data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Experience using cloud services like GCP or AWS.
• Solid foundational knowledge in math, statistics, physical science, or engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Transformers, and chatbot technology.
• Experience with Recommendation and Ranking systems.
