Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics.
• Design and execute data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate on algorithms to improve accuracy.
• Visualize data insights and communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Expertise with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree required.
