Description

You will design and optimize machine learning models for the healthcare domain, applying supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques. You own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from building scalable ETL pipelines with Spark and MetaFlow to deploying deep learning architectures using TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune predictive models and NLP solutions to solve complex healthcare problems.
• Engineer data architectures and pipelines using Azure, Databricks, and SQL for batch and real-time analytics.
• Create interactive visualizations with D3.js, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure all data solutions adhere to healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data science products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Expertise in big data technologies: Spark, MetaFlow, and Databricks.
• Cloud platform experience with Azure (AWS/GCP knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in SQL and NLP for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (D3.js, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Domain knowledge in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance.
