Architect and implement scalable frontend systems using React.js and Next.js while mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable frontend systems in React.js and Next.js.
• Drive frontend best practices and design systems across teams.
• Mentor and review the work of junior engineers to ensure high-quality code and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, and ML teams to deliver AI-powered user experiences.
• Lead initiatives for observability, performance profiling, and frontend platform tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
• Expertise in SPA architecture, SSR/SSG, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with real-time UI development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating multi-channel APIs and building real-time dashboards for campaign metrics.
