Description

You will develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for business use cases, turning structured and unstructured data into actionable insights. You will design scalable AI/ML solutions, implement production-ready pipelines, and ensure rigorous model monitoring and performance optimization using strong Object-Oriented Programming principles. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ML/DL models for business applications.
• Build scalable AI/ML solutions and production-ready pipelines.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to generate predictive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Teams to resolve modeling challenges.
• Monitor model performance and apply MLOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python with deep Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning model development.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively resolve technical challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI and BigQuery.
