Description

You will own data science initiatives focused on machine learning, generative AI, and operations research optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting and optimization.
• Implement mathematical optimization techniques including mixed linear and integer programming.
• Integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities into operational workflows.
• Build agentic AI systems to enhance decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as PuLP or CPLEX.
• Background in operations research, forecasting, and mathematical modeling.
• Practical exposure to LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Mistral) and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Staff-level experience in data science or operations research.
• Experience with MS Copilot Element or Wibex.
