Responsibilities

• Build and deliver predictive models within a production environment.
• Identify problem statements and recommend appropriate advanced analytic solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration to drive consensus and influence stakeholders.
• Communicate data findings clearly to audiences with varying technical expertise.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional data science experience.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SAS, Spark, or AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and advanced data modeling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, healthcare administration, business, IT, or related field.
• Ability to work productively with minimal oversight.
