You will join the asset analytics and data science team to solve complex problems and drive profitability through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to optimize customer experience, revenue generation, and ad targeting.
• Extract and reprocess data from large datasets and warehouses using SQL, R, or Python.
• Perform feature engineering and statistical analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Build automated dashboards and reports in PowerBI to track model performance and data accuracy.
• Define pricing models for digital value propositions to ensure portfolio profitability.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Data Science, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for model development.
• Strong expertise in Statistics and Hypothesis testing.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to query databases and manage Big Data environments.
• Experience in customer segmentation and advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to translate large datasets into actionable business solutions.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills for unstructured business challenges.
