Description

Build predictive models and automated dashboards to optimize customer experience, revenue, and ad targeting for digitally acquired clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build predictive models to optimize customer lifetime value and ad targeting.
• Perform data reprocessing and feature engineering on large datasets.
• Develop automated PowerBI dashboards and reports for product and growth teams.
• Collaborate with risk, business, and marketing teams to identify data opportunities.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of Data Science experience, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or SAS for statistical computing and database querying.
• Strong background in statistical analysis with in-depth understanding of statistics.
• Experience working with large, multiple datasets and data warehouses.
• Proven ability to develop predictive models and discover solutions within large datasets.
• Experience in establishing or scaling up data science functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for unstructured and complex business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring model performance and data accuracy.
