Description

You will build and refine predictive ML models to measure impact and inform product strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and refine predictive ML models using observational data.
• Design and run causal inference on program or feature adoption to measure impact on product health, customer outcomes, and revenue.
• Interpret telemetry and business metrics to drive decisions.
• Build repeatable models within Microsoft Fabric.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Python and ML Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MS Fabric and Azure Data services.
• Proficiency in Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience performing causal impact analysis using observational data.
• Ability to interpret complex telemetry and business metrics.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
