Job Responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and AI/ML engineers to deliver innovative machine learning and generative AI solutions that support marketing, customer engagement, and business objectives.
Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics models using Python, Azure, and modern AI/ML platforms.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, align project priorities, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Build and support scalable AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and production-grade solutions while implementing MLOps best practices for reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Present analytical findings, model outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership through compelling visualizations, dashboards, and data storytelling techniques.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
8-10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI/ML Engineering, or Advanced Analytics, including experience leading data science initiatives and teams.
Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistical Modeling, SQL, Azure ML, and production deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including MLOps best practices.
Proven experience delivering business-focused analytics solutions within insurance or financial services environments, with hands-on experience in customer engagement analytics, predictive modeling, stakeholder management, and AI/GenAI technologies such as RAG, LLMs, and cloud-based AI platforms
