Description

You will develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models to solve real-world business problems. You will own the end-to-end model lifecycle, from experimentation to integration with engineering and product teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML and Gen AI models using Python.
• Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to business challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into applications.
• Evaluate, optimize, and maintain model performance in production.
• Utilize marketing background for propensity modelling across campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Background in Marketing or propensity modelling.
• Experience with model evaluation techniques.
