Lead a team of data scientists and AI engineers to deliver machine learning and generative AI solutions for marketing and customer engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and AI/ML engineers to deliver ML and GenAI solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize predictive analytics and deep learning models using Python and Azure ML.
• Build scalable AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and production-grade solutions implementing MLOps best practices.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Present model outcomes and strategic recommendations to leadership through dashboards and data storytelling.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
• Experience with SQL, Azure ML, and production deployment of AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including RAG and LLMs.
• Proven experience leading data science initiatives and managing stakeholders.
• Background in insurance or financial services customer engagement analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
