You will build, evaluate, and deploy GenAI and ML models to drive business insights and automation for banking clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions, including LLMs, NLP, and transformers, for banking use cases.
• Analyze large-scale financial datasets to extract insights, trends, and actionable intelligence.
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and generative AI models.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards for business stakeholders to monitor performance.
• Implement responsible AI practices, model governance, and evaluation techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and data analysis.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, and ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, tuning, and experimentation.
• Ability to handle large datasets and distributed computing.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or related fields.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Exposure to fraud detection, risk modeling, or customer analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
