Description

You will lead data science initiatives to drive go-to-market strategies and support sales through predictive modeling and account mining.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data products using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Design and implement production-ready machine learning pipelines and APIs that handle real-time data and high traffic.
• Extract actionable insights from complex datasets to provide recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Build systems for natural language processing, including text understanding, classification, and recommendation engines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within data pipelines, machine learning models, and data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into business applications and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Science Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and building APIs for model deployment.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI and Llama 2.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, processes, and platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Strong mathematical foundation in statistics and algebra.
• Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and preprocessing using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud services including GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim.
