You will build machine learning models and generative AI solutions to analyze customer performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer performance using analytical models to identify root causes of variations.
• Discover trends, unknown patterns, and anomalies through data mining and machine learning.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Execute feature selection and build machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Develop Large Language Models (LLMs) using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong background in data modeling and performance evaluation.
• Experience with trend analysis and anomaly detection.
• Hands-on knowledge of various data science models.
• Understanding of Generative AI basics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and deploying chatbots using LLMs.
• Practical application of RAG techniques.
