Description

You will analyze large datasets to evaluate and enhance products, services, and customer programs. You will design, test, and implement data-driven solutions including reporting and auditing, while building and deploying machine learning models to improve business outcomes. You will also create visualizations to communicate insights and optimize model performance in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to evaluate product and customer program effectiveness.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions, including database preparation for statistical analysis.
• Build, test, and deploy machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate technical insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with database management and data architectures.
• Proven expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as OBIEE or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with QlikSense or Power BI.
