Description

You will lead data science and engineering teams to deliver integrated client solutions through advanced modeling and statistical analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct data processing, cleansing, and handling of raw data to produce structured datasets for modeling and governance.
• Conduct statistical analyses using regression and classification methodologies, including running simulations and "what if" scenarios.
• Convert complex business problems into mathematical expressions and equations to drive R&D initiatives.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, producing clean reporting and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Communicate data-driven insights through persuasive storytelling to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including developing user-defined functions.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Excel (Pivot Tables, Index Functions, Macros).
• Experience with R, C++, SPSS, and SAS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers: Snowflake, GCP, and AWS.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of multivariate regressions and multiclass classifications.
• Experience with unsupervised machine learning, reinforcement learning, and time-series forecasting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis within the Financial Services industry.
• Familiarity with Agent Based Modeling (ABM) and Alteryx.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, web analytics, and ad server tools.
