Description

Lead the development and deployment of statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis using advanced analytical tools and scripting languages.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and predictive models.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques including Bayesian inference and regression models.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience applying statistics and machine learning to business problems.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, R/RStudio, or SAS.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL database architecture.
• Strong experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
• Experience with web scraping and data acquisition techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
