Description

You will drive data science initiatives across the organization, prioritizing projects by business value and owning the full model lifecycle from definition to production.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven models to answer business questions through large-scale experimentation.
• Conduct research into advanced machine learning and AI techniques.
• Communicate complex analytical results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and deploy predictive models and scalable data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years applying statistics and machine learning to complex business problems.
• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• Strong experience with TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated expertise in Python or R/RStudio.
• Experience with cloud machine learning technologies, specifically AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database architectures.
• Expert understanding of statistical methods, including linear and non-linear regression.
