Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop intelligent systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent approaches
• Build, test, and refine models that enable natural language interaction with structured and unstructured data
• Apply scientific methods to evaluate model performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Ensure outputs are explainable, transparent, and suitable for real-world decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into AI-driven insights
Required Qualifications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI/data science
• Strong hands-on experience with:
·       Large Language Models (LLMs)
·       Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
·       Multi-agent or distributed AI systems
• Strong Python and ML framework experience
• Experience building and validating production-grade AI models
• Clear emphasis on analytical thinking, modeling, experimentation, and statistical rigor
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with multimodal AI (vision + language)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools (nice to have, not core)
• Background in search, recommendation systems, or knowledge systems
• Experience with explainable AI or human-in-the-loop systems
