Description

Design and develop intelligent systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent approaches to enable natural language interaction with structured and unstructured data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and refine models that enable natural language interaction with structured and unstructured data.
• Apply scientific methods to evaluate model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Ensure outputs are explainable, transparent, and suitable for real-world decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into AI-driven insights.

Required Skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI/data science.
• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-agent or distributed AI systems.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience.
• Experience building and validating production-grade AI models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multimodal AI (vision + language).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Background in search, recommendation systems, or knowledge systems.
