Description

Required Skills:
Strong experience in E-commerce Search, Search Ranking, and Information Retrieval
Expertise in Learn to Rank (LTR), Vector Search, and Retrieval Models
Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, or Vespa
Hands-on experience with Faiss, Annoy, or Milvus
Knowledge of search relevance metrics, ranking evaluation, and personalization
Familiarity with Spark or Hadoop is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize search ranking models using LTR techniques.
Improve search relevance using vector similarity search and retrieval algorithms.
Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
Analyze clickstream and user behavior data to enhance search performance.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to improve user experience.
