Data Scientist

Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems using Azure AI and Azure Machine Learning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms using advanced Python.
• Integrate AI models into production systems to enhance functionality and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions by implementing best practices in software architecture.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Advanced Python for algorithm optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI and Azure Machine Learning services.
• Strong SQL skills for data management and querying.
• Proven track record of integrating AI models into production systems.
• Ability to estimate project tasks and participate in planning.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
