Responsibilities

• Formulate, suggest, and manage data-driven projects.
• Collate and clean data from various sources for junior scientists.
• Delegate tasks to Junior Data Scientists for project completion.
• Monitor junior staff performance and provide practical guidance.
• Produce and disseminate non-technical reports detailing project successes and limitations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python or R (Python preferred).
• In-depth understanding of SQL.
• Competence in machine learning principles and techniques.
• Demonstrable history of devising and overseeing data-centered projects.
• Ability to relay technical insights in layman's terms for business decisions.
• Capacity for supervision and mentorship.
• Familiarity with statistical procedures and model cross-validation.
