Description

You will own the end-to-end process of developing and deploying data science solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize analytical projects based on business value and technological readiness.
• Build data-driven models to answer core business questions through large-scale experimentation.
• Own the model development lifecycle, from defining requirements to production scoring.
• Conduct research into advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI techniques.
• Mentor team members and evangelize best practices across analytics and product teams.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience using statistics and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
• Strong experience with machine learning environments (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one Data Science environment (Python, R/RStudio, SAS).
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL database architectures.
• Strong experience with Cloud Machine Learning technologies (e.g., AWS).
• Expert understanding of statistical methods including linear/non-linear regression and Bayesian Networks Inference.
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
