Description

You will design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning systems, with a focus on Large Language Models and scalable Python applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch production ML systems, including model serving, evaluation, monitoring, and data processing pipelines.
• Develop large-scale Python applications and integrate commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Build LLM-powered applications using RAG, vector retrieval, function calling, and tool-using agents.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and adaptation workflows for specific business use cases.
• Apply applied statistics and core ML concepts to deliver efficient, reliable solutions with measurable business impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development in Python, C++, Go, or Java.
• 3+ years of experience architecting and testing production ML systems.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale Python applications.
• Practical experience with LLM API integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in applied statistics, core ML algorithms, and data structures.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS infrastructure: ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Step Functions, SageMaker.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
