Description

You will analyze high-speed industrial equipment data to build troubleshooting and error prediction models using statistics or AI/Machine Learning. You will integrate and maintain a real-time C++ software framework running on Linux with a 2ms cycle time, including communication with PLCs over Ethernet. You will act as an expert supporting multiple teams and train others to use the developed tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze big sets of high-speed sampled industrial equipment data.
• Build models for troubleshooting and error prediction using statistics or AI/ML.
• Integrate and maintain the real-time C++ software framework on Linux.
• Manage communication with industrial control systems (PLCs) over Ethernet.
• Train and support multiple teams on tool usage.

Required Skills

• Skilled in Python for managing and analyzing big data sets.
• C++ programming experience in Linux environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analysis or science.
• Strong collaboration skills to support multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience from analyzing industrial equipment data.
• Practical experience with AI/Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Rockwell and Beckhoff PLCs.
