Description

You act as the technical bridge between the Decision Science platform team and the data science community, driving adoption and best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Foster an internal developer community around Global Data Assets & Analytics platforms.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to align knowledge sharing with platform roadmaps.
• Partner with data scientists to implement best practices and align their work with the platform vision.
• Create educational content and provide technical support to simplify platform operations.
• Gather developer feedback and advocate for community needs to key influencers and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data modeling, or AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS SageMaker, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to read and understand code without primary development responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional advocacy.

Preferred Skills

• Masters degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience building relationships with community leaders and extending platform reach.
