Description

This role bridges the Decision Science Ecosystem platform team and the internal data science community, focusing on enabling scientists to model and operationalize solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Foster the developer community around Global Data Assets & Analytics platforms and technologies.
• Partner with data scientists to implement best practices and align with platform vision.
• Develop and contribute tools that simplify platform operations for internal consumers.
• Create educational content, provide technical support, and gather developer feedback.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to facilitate knowledge sharing and platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data modeling, or AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of top cloud platforms: AWS SageMaker, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment strategies.
• Ability to read and review code without being primarily responsible for development.
• Excellent communication skills to advocate for 600+ individuals in the data realm.

Preferred Skills

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
