Description

You will apply statistics, machine learning, and advanced mathematics to find patterns and drive product improvement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms to extract value from data.
• Generate and test hypotheses, analyzing and interpreting the results of product experiments.
• Translate prototypes into new products, services, and features by collaborating with product engineers.
• Provide Business Intelligence and data visualization support, including customer service dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Hands-on experience with Azure for data science workloads and Azure Databricks for processing and model development.
• Strong ability to design, train, and validate models (Regression, Tree-based, Time-series).
• Experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in Databricks, including Delta Lake.
• Expertise in writing performant SQL for analytical queries and data validation.
• Proven ability to work with large-scale datasets (millions to billions of records).
• Solid understanding of statistics, model evaluation metrics (AUC, RMSE), and feature engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hadoop.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
