Description

Lead the Data and AI Center of Excellence, defining operating models, governance standards, and end-to-end delivery of production AI/ML solutions. You will drive adoption, manage model risk, and align matrixed teams to deliver measurable business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve the Data and AI operating model, service catalog, and delivery standards.
• Establish portfolio intake, prioritization, and sequencing based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML productization from data readiness and development through deployment and monitoring.
• Embed governance across the lifecycle, including privacy-by-design, security, and audit-ready documentation.
• Drive adoption by partnering with stakeholders to embed solutions into business processes and decision journeys.

Required Skills

• Director-level leadership experience in Data Science, Analytics, or AI/ML within a matrixed enterprise.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML solutions, including deployment and sustained adoption.
• Deep expertise in Model Risk Management, Governance, and Business Intelligence.
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills to align stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with connected commerce, digital commerce, payments, or customer engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of production observability, release management, and incident response practices.
