You will design, analyze, and implement large-scale field experiments and data models to drive business decisions and improve system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze field experiments at scale using econometric and statistical methods.
• Retrieve, synthesize, and present data to answer specific business questions and improve system performance.
• Build decision-making models and implement them within production back-end systems.
• Perform deep dives into data anomalies to identify root causes and propose fixes.
• Analyze A/B tests and recommend methods to increase speed and robustness.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Architect, Principal Architect, Director of Technology, Software Consultant, or related role.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling algorithms.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Ability to conduct written and verbal presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Engineering, IT, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
