Description

You will own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, driving business solutions through data analysis and model deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead use cases and workstreams with junior data scientists, providing technical mentorship.
• Contribute to the full model lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, training, validation, and ensuring quality.
• Develop predictive models using advanced statistical and AI/ML techniques to meet business objectives.
• Support use case development from initial scoping through to final reporting and presentation.
• Package and deploy models in collaboration with Data Engineers and MLOps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ML modeling and development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling principles.
• Knowledge of ML techniques (clustering, decision tree, bagging/boosting, ANN) and practical trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with data wrangling, including fuzzy matching, regular expressions, and distributed computing.
• Working knowledge of core software engineering concepts (Git/GitHub, testing, logging).
• Working knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG Architecture, and agent frameworks.
• Proven experience in providing technical leadership.
