Description

You will apply formal statistical analysis and causal modeling to derive actionable insights from large datasets, owning the end-to-end analytics process from experimental design to stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform formal statistical analyses and apply causal modeling to identify cause-and-effect relationships.
• Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
• Manipulate large datasets and build data models using SQL.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Translate complex statistical concepts into clear insights for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience using Python, SQL, and Tableau on a weekly basis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Advanced skills in Python or R for statistical analysis and visualization.
• Expertise in creating interactive dashboards with Tableau.
• Proven experience in probabilistic and statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
