Description

• QL is a must, Snowflake is preferred, traditionally python
• Need this person to be very personable -he wants them to be in the future-presenting at conferences (excellent communication skills)
• A good understanding of statistics — do they know how to prep, prepare, t test, regressions, squared models, someone who can help me apply a more academic rigor and make sure that we're not
• How advanced do the models need to be? ML Models? If they know how to interact technologies, they can do it. 
• Lighter on the modeling side and more heavy on the ML side. 
• Maters Required
• Want this person to develop models and refine the models to work and make them more accurate
• Healthcare exp is a must- claims exp is a must-- Trilium data is where it's housed
• Building ad hoc reports
