Description

Develop and troubleshoot bioinformatics analysis workflows to support oncology research projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot bioinformatics analysis workflows.
• Analyze high-throughput omics datasets including scRNASeq, TCR-Seq, WES, ATAC-Seq, and proteomics.
• Perform biological signatures and pathways analysis.
• Curate gene signatures and pathways from literature and public domains.
• Conduct additional bioinformatics analysis as assigned for research oncology projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics or related data science roles.
• Advanced degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, computer science, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in R, Perl, or Python.
• Experience using open-source bioinformatics tools to analyze large omics data (TCGA, GTEx, CCLE DepMap).
• Fundamental knowledge of cancer biology and immunology.
• General knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Ability to work semi-independently with effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
