Description

You will provide data-driven insights to Product and Operations stakeholders to guide feature prioritization and service readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Engineering to define requirements and problem statements.
• Process, clean, and validate datasets for downstream analysis.
• Partner with data engineers to improve data collection and transformation methods.
• Analyze data to diagnose service performance and implement analytical models into production.
• Propose, test, and validate hypotheses regarding service and rider experience, then present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of data science and analytics experience or a PhD in a related discipline.
• Strong fluency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with statistical methods and mathematical models.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Experience with experimentation methods including A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
