You will build predictive models and data-driven solutions to support strategic business decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and implement statistical models for predictive and prescriptive analysis.
• Clean and preprocess raw data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy.
• Implement algorithms for pattern recognition, clustering, and classification.
• Communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics position for a large-scale IT system.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Toad, SAS, SPSS, and RStudio.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Ability to work with large datasets and diverse formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics), a master’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of healthcare programs such as Medicaid.
• Understanding of healthcare enterprise systems including claims, finance, members, and providers.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and tools.
