Description

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions for client projects, focusing on Conversational and Generative AI. You will mentor a team, translate business requirements into scalable applications, and manage the full lifecycle of data science initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization for performance.
• Develop and deploy Conversational AI solutions using platforms like Kore.ai XO or similar.
• Mentor team members and collaborate directly with clients to define technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI frameworks.
• Proven experience with Generative AI product development and deployment.
• Ability to scale and optimize AI-driven systems for performance.
• Experience leading client-facing technical solutions and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries.
• Any Graduate degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NLP engines and specific Conversational AI platforms.
• Experience with computer vision use cases.
