Description

You will design and implement an end-to-end AI platform for model training, serving, and customer-facing features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core platform infrastructure and backend distributed systems.
• Translate requirements into user interfaces and distributed system designs.
• Develop predictive models, advanced algorithms, and engineered features to anticipate market trends.
• Conduct experimental design, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and multivariate analysis.
• Maintain documentation for data lineage and model development to ensure reproducibility.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar data-centric role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and Scala.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Hadoop and SAP.
• Strong background in data analysis, data engineering, and AI modelling.
• Ability to implement rigorous model validation processes to mitigate overfitting and underprediction.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrable experience building and fine-tuning GenAI solutions.
