You design and implement AI/ML workflows and analytical solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data workflows including fetching, merging, wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
• Design and test analytical solutions by constructing workflow diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing technical specifications.
• Develop and evaluate alternative workflow solutions to improve existing system practices and operational objectives.
• Maintain technical documentation, system protocols, and user references to ensure operational continuity.
• Drive client engagement and align development teams with technical roadmaps and project milestones.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for AI/ML/Analytics projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with hands-on coding expertise.
• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, including Time series analysis, Neural Networks, SVMs, and boosting methods.
• Experience with Deep Learning techniques and LLM/GenAI applications such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, and parameter hyper-tuning.
• Intermediate knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, build management, and versioning.
• Understanding of cloud services including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark.
