Description

You will build and maintain predictive models to solve business problems including attrition, lead conversion, and risk and collection modeling. You will own the model lifecycle from exploratory data analysis through to continuous performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and validate reliable models such as bureau scorecards and cross-sell/upsell models.
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient code for model pipelines and feature repositories.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns within datasets.
• Implement coding best practices to optimize performance and resource usage.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data preparation and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling workflows.
• Ability to manage model lifecycle configurations and codebase changes.
• Experience in model training, validation, and continuous performance monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in risk and collection modeling.
