Description

Lead the development of predictive and event-based models to drive marketing effectiveness and customer insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models and advanced feature engineering pipelines for marketing use cases.
• Design feature stores and leverage customer data to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business teams to deliver data science solutions.
• Communicate complex technical findings and data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Implement new analytics methodologies to solve emerging business challenges.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience leading data science or machine learning teams.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with Spark MLlib and data science libraries such as Scikit-learn or XGBoost.
• Hands-on experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Expertise in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, or Matplotlib.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in source code control using GitHub.
• Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Background in customer and marketing data analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics tools.
• Prior work in financial services or customer lifecycle marketing analytics.
• Experience developing and implementing AI/ML roadmaps.
