You will apply applied research and NLP techniques to build and deploy core product features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend state-of-the-art NLP research to enhance customer service capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customers to frame business problems scientifically.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain data and machine learning solutions.
• Drive adoption strategy for Llama and other Meta AI/ML platforms.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to publications or patents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
• Experience with Deep Learning, LLMs, NLP, Speech, or Conversational AI.
• Experience fine-tuning and optimizing PyTorch models.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, Falcon).
• Proficiency with PyTorch and/or JAX.
• Experience building cloud solutions on any major cloud provider.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and Docker containers.
• Ability to communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
